Affirmations
An Affirmation meditation is the practice of repeating a statement and/or affirmation over and over again. With your eyes closed, you repeat the words while you allow your mind and body to relax. You can also repeat a mantra in a similar style meditation.
This is the Healed, Whole and Complete affirmation. You will repeat the saying throughout most of the meditation. Make sure to remember to take deep breaths while you relax.
