Meditation is defined by as

  1. The act of meditating.
  2. Continued or extended thought; reflection; contemplation.
  3. Transcendental meditation.
  4. Devout religious contemplation or spiritual introspection.

For the rest of us it means taking deep breaths to calm our bodies and minds, closing our eyes and either being guided through the meditation, repeating a mantra or affirmation, or simply asking a question and waiting for the answer.

Our guided meditations are a perfect vehicle for your meditation practice. They are simple to follow. They are insightful giving you the ability to learn about yourself and grow. You can do them by yourself, in your favorite room, at your favorite park or even on an airplane. Just download the meditation(s) to your mp3 player, get into comfortable clothing and go for it.

This website has several guided meditations for you to choose from. You will also receive a worksheet. The worksheet provides a list of steps throughout the meditation. Use it to make notes about your insights and keep track of your practice. You can do the meditation and use the worksheet as often as you like.
